Ludacris Drops Surprisingly Forgettable “1.21 Gigawatts” Mixtape (Listen & Download)

I promise I'm going to confine my complaints to one paragraph. Let's get it over with. First, shame on Ludacris for putting a Lamborghini on the cover of a mixtape called "1.21 Gigawatts". "Back to the Future" is literally my favorite flick of all time - a blown chance at a DeLorean reference like that is unforgivable. More importantly, I just don't get rappers sometimes. Luda's literally one of the biggest rappers on the planet - how is this project not a bigger deal? He couldn't throw down 10K to build his own site for the mixtape? He's got to release this via DatPiff/HulkShare like rappers who made their shit in their bedroom closet? I guarantee we'll have essentially forgotten about this mixtape in a week, which is crazy talk. Luda obviously thinks the mixtape game hasn't evolved since 2000.

And....I'm done complaining. There's actually some pretty dope shit here, including features from Rick Ross, Wiz Khalifa, Meek Mill and Big K.R.I.T., and while Ludacris gets a little lazy on occasion, he's got some legitimately en fuego flows on here.
