810 Declares “I Hate OBPs” on New EP (Listen & Download)

Baltimore hip-hop has largely been a local affair for decades now, but that's slowly starting to change with a movement of B-More based rappers garnering national spotlight, starting with the young prodigy 810. In anticipation of this upcoming "Glass Half Full" mixtape 810's dropped the "I Hate OBPs" EP, five tracks of hip-hop goodness. On a side note, I'd like to thank 810 for explaining that "OBP" stands for "Other People's Beats." I spent most of my childhood trying to figure out what "OPP" meant, glad I don't have to go through with that again.

The EP should get you properly excited about "Glass Half Full", coming November 12th 2009 and hosted by 2dopeBoyz, DJBooth.net & IllRoots.
